Help with a grape lamp

    So someone posted this lamp on a group I follow. An it's really bugging me. She doesn't know anything about it. An neither do I that's the part that is bugging me. She said the balls are Lucite. The only time I have very seen anything similar to this would be the Murano ones but they are shorter an the balls are glass. Does anyone have any ideas?
    It seems to me if it was a type of reproduction there would be lots of them out there an I have never seen any. TIA
