When you say New as in how New? 1980? Or 1990? I have to ask

I'd say last 20 years. If that old.
    Still nice.
Blues and greys are good decorator colors.

when you see crackling like that on the vase AND the base, it's most likely a modern work.......... modern meaning recent.....
1980...1990.... unless you're talking fashion wear, or cars........ there's no difference in those dates....

Oh.....& we're a community where everyone gets a kick at the can.......
the more answers the better...... even if ya don't like them all.... !!

No trolls here....& if one shows up....we ' vaporize ' the sucker !!!!!

    Have a great day !!!!

a pleasure.......... I'm not sure about the plate......it doesn't have an old feel to me.......but others on the board will know better.

Keep it where it is, cuz cross posting can get us confused....& it's better to deal with one item at a time..

The mark on the vase is unknown to me.....
but here's a help that you can use....... http://www.gotheborg.com .....
