Help with age and origin of this Bronze? vase?

    This little thing is heavy too. it is only 6 1/4" tall and weighs 3 lbs.
    I don't know if it is old or if it just got left out in the weather.
    I took pics with and without flash.
    Any and all help appreciated as always.

    Looks like an Indian (India) kalasha / kalash, used in Hindu rituals.

    Similar pots are still made and used, but based on the patina yours does appear to have been around for awhile.

    The bottom looks like what is called a gate mark on cast iron where the molten iron is poured into a slit in the sand mold. Not sure but that might help age it since modern molds probably would not have the gate mark.
