Help with an Asian (Japanese or Chinese) Vase

    I am looking for help identifying the age and country of this vase. The next to last picture is appears to me an Asian mark of some sort. It is located on the bottom. The last picture is of the top of the vase.

    Japanese - late 1800s
    Often described as Satsuma Style

    Also look into moriage - the technique. Unfortunately that market has become quite soft as a lot of newer pieces were mass produced.
