Help with artist signature - in block print & I still can't read it!

    I actually found this artist's name before when I first got this painting, but it's been awhile and for the life of me I can't remember the name or make it out the way this is spelled/structured?
    Can someone pull a rabbit out of the hat & tell me the artist's name?

    F. Becerra F. The first F. is the initial of his first name. The second F. is the initial of his mother's last name.

    Sorry, didn't see that. I think you're right. For a compound name like José Fernando or some such.
