HELP WITH ARTIST'S NAME & LABELS ON BACK OF FLORAL PAINTING

So I'm on my 2nd room going through stuff I've found at thrift stores, auctions, estate sales, etc.. while trying to stay in my house during this virus crisis - and I came across this floral painting; which I don't usually buy.

I can't make out the artist's signature - but even more unusual is the label on the top of the back of the painting; it is in a foreign language & has a list of names each with a phone number that doesn't have a area code making me think it could be older.
But more unusual is the last name is Abraham Lincoln - with his own phone number!?

There is also a piece of tape with writing that looks like it may be from a auction?

Any help would be greatly appreciated - I have started listing some of these on ebay & hope to make a dent in the number of paintings I've built up (over 100 easily)

So far, the Portalatin seems to be the company that made the canvas/paper the painting was made on.

San Ramon is in Costa Rica

 

Looks like a factory decorative painting to me. Looking at the back fairly recent painting.

 

And the date? Because it does not appear to be that old, even if it was 1991, what does the slash represent? It may just be a factory painting, like rink said, but the search is still fun.

 

We've seen this one before. San Ramon is the name of the frame shop. It's located in Villa Consuelo which is in the Dominican Republic. Still in business. As also furniture shop, think painting is decorative.

Agree with decorative painting, is the signature written on top of an oil (or acrylic) --with a sharpie marker??
