HELP WITH ARTIST'S NAME ON ABORIGINAL PAINTING

    Can someone tell me the name of the artist on this painting? I thought it was Urranga - which it may be because Uranga Australia is spelled with only 1 R.
    Also the first part - "Creatia of Cultrome" - looks like spanish?
    I appreciate any help.

    Looks like it's "Urrunga" to me.....but I can't help with the language differences.... sorry.....

    Sorry I meant Urrunga - the Australian city/ providence is spelled with 1 R, so was it a mistake like I just did or is that the artist?
    Would like to be sure before listing it on eBay.

    Maybe it was created by (Creatia of) - Cultrume? Cultrome?

    Except for the trivial detail that Australia is nowhere near Europe and Culture 2000 was a European event. I would suggest that in this case, the 2000 is the date of the work and the title is “Creation of Culture”.

    lol thanks - I had to take down my listing on eBay because I described it as one of the pieces of art used to unite Europe's different heritage! Sheesh
