A friend who goes to the thrift store everyday - like me - but instead of buying found treasures, he sells what he finds to pickers & dealers in the store - so he puts out no money but always leaves with more than he came in with!

I bought this from him today, but in a different manner because I couldn't make out the signature - I told him I'd give him 25% over my cost of whatever it brought on eBay.

So can someone tell me who the artist is please?! I think I see Beryl?

I don't think this one is a 'factory' painting but I've been wrong before. I think it has...something.
Thanks all, I appreciate any help.

Aquitaine Is What It IS! But NEVER BORED!

Agree.....I see Eckel.........but will give it a closer look too! Looks like there's a faint 't' there some distance after the Eckel also.....

I just heightened and contrasted the sig more with a filter.....I still think it says Eckel!! Of which there are quite a few on the internet!! I DO question if that's a "t" by the yellow .......looks it, but..........:rolleyes: ?

I'm not sure if it's by that Jonathan eckel guy. Different style of work. Yours is a village scene Jonathon eckel looking at his work is more shapes. Could be someone who did this in their free time
