I have a vintage unmarked bowl. Dimensions are about 9" x 3". Possibly stainless steel. It might have had a lid. I have lots of left over lids but I would not be able to identify the right lid without knowing the name of the company who made the bowl to do research on it. I would suspect that a lid would fit within the 2 inner rims but not sure if the lip of the lid would continue over top of the outer rim. I am NOT asking who made this bowl. However, I would like some help on how to describe the multiple rims of this bowl and is this a mixing bowl or a bowl to put over a hamburger after you put the cheese on to melt it while grilling it? Thank you for your assistance in his request. Rob

I would call it a "stepped" rim.

My guess: Nesting bowl missing the two bowls that nested.

When sites like Etsy insist on translating listings in Dutch, they always call graduated beads 'afgestudeerde kralen'. 'Afgestudeerd' means graduated from a school or university.:hilarious:

And some beads are highly educated. After all, they manage to fetch high prices.
