Featured Help with glass art signature

Hi, a friend of mine bought this at a garage sale and asked if I could make out the signature. *sigh* thinking the first name is Glen(???just a guess) but no luck with last name at all. Is the style recognizable or maybe just a home shop piece

(Only pictures I have, can ask for more if needed)

 

Thanks for your reply, he collects a lot of art glass. The piece behind not purchased at same time. Garage sale in Palm Beach county Florida. Just sent him a request for a few more images of the piece and measurements.

large 15"H x 24"L x 3/4"D
base is 13"L x 6"W

 

@mmarco102, I inverted the top image and stretched it out to see if it would make the letters any easier to read, but it's still a very difficult signature!!! Also played with colors to see if it would help......not so sure it did tho......I DO think the last name might start with "Com..." and maybe an "i" dotted after....and might end in "bog"?? ....that's all I've got!!

 

I want the last name to end in berg so Comiberg? Corniberg? Of course maybe that bey so Comibey? No clue

 

i agree ...seems to be a quality piece..though no idea who made it...I am terrible with siggies....hope someone can help!!!

 

Thank you @Aquitaine and all. Last name is bizzare to me but looking at your coloration, I’m kind of seeing the first name as a sloppy Glenn.

Awww, I really love you guys. Can’t find any of his work yet, but being it was purchase locally near his studio I’d say BIG THANKS to you all.
