Help with identifying mark chinese jar.

    Is there anyone who can tell me more about this jar. Mark, period etc.

    Not Chinese.
    Japanese. Pre WWII.

    I thought someone would have commented.

    You didn't give size. I am going to assume it is about 6 inches tall. In which case it is a sugar bowl.

    I think it is Kutani, however I am not certain.
