Help with Identifying Mark

    Hello, I'd like to know if anyone recognizes the mark on the bottom of this ceramic piece? It appears to be a "D" inside of a "V"

    My first impression is that it's French.......but I could be wrong.

    What's that to the right of the DV is it a cooked paper label? Can I see all of the base? And, are you showing the crazing in the middle picture?
