Help with maker of Inkwell

    Does anyone recognize the mark on this inkwell?

    The floral decoration is hand painted. The piece is 4" in diameter and 3" tall. There's an incised mark under glaze to the left of the red mark.

    If I was to just have that 'turret' part I'd build a Seattle Space Needle from it! :)

    Given the initials, I'm guessing it was hobbyist painted.
