Help with makers mark on enameled vase

    Picked this up today at my local thrift and noticed it was marked on the bottom. Im wondering if anyone knows what it says? Thanks for any info!

    You probably know this, but the enamelling technique is cloisonne. EDIT... I said Japanese but I'm not sure it could also be Chinese...

    Yep I for got to put cloisonne in the title. I'm not sure either. Thank you though!

    Well, it is cloisonné.

    老天 = God
