    Greetings again,

I posted this pendant on the Finds a while ago and I’ve had no luck with finding the maker for this brooch/pendant. I’m also wondering if this could be a newer make inspired by older designs? The mark is a rhombus but I can’t tell what the center is supposed to be. The only other mark is 14K. Anyone have a guess?

    Gorgeous, BMRT.
I am not familiar with US marks, we rarely come across them here in Europe, but someone else may know.

Approximate size or something for scale would help. Also any chance for the photo of the entire back so we can see where the stamp appears?

If it is 14K, I would test for diamonds on the front.

First thought is older, but will wait for additional pictures, if possible. :)

I've seen this filigree with white sapphires, too

    I would think early 1900s.

Is that "B" in a diamond?

I think that's a B in a diamond shape. I don't know whodunnit off hand, but odds are it was one of the North Attleboro MA firms. That's where it all seems to have been made. It's not Balfour.

I agree, the style is 1920s rather than earlier.
Would also love to see the back.

Here’s the back. I’ve included pictures with the pendant piece folded and unfolded. 3F6E8574-74A1-4523-84F7-2AD8E0C0AEFC.jpeg EC03A9EB-527B-47FF-958F-671702C6FB29.jpeg 67B46CC4-7DF4-4792-BA71-4ED459F0AFEF.jpeg 58F45D53-64E5-4BA0-A387-15C72B565405.jpeg The one on Etsy looks very close! It wouldn’t surprise me to learn they are from the same maker.

Yours has the bonus of the pendant part. Easier to wear and easier to sell.
I just looked at the Etsy brooch again, and there seems to be a B on the clasp as well. It certainly looks like the same maker!
