Help with mark on candleholder

Hi! Picked up this candleholder the other day and having no luck with finding this mark. Has anyone ever seen this mark? And what do you think it's made out of? It's 4 1/2 inch tall. And it looks like the center part is hammered. TIA everybody!

 

I would guess 20th century and made of pewter or tin-based metal of some sort (e.g. britannia metal). Possibly used to be silver-plated. I don't recognize the mark, but check here, you may be lucky: https://www.antiquers.com/threads/pewter-marks.25690/
