Any help with the maker? Is the head a duty mark?
    Thanks

Robert Pringle & Sons? 1901? They were a Birmingham firm that started in the 1890s. If that's a George III head then obviously I'm wrong since the company hadn't been founded yet.

It's George III, but looks a tiny bit wrong. But the other marks look OK
No town mark was not uncommon and London is assumed which makes it 1817.

And that one might as well be by Rudolph and Prancer. :)
