I believe that's Isle of Wight Glass from England. But check this page - they also made pieces for Kerry Glass in Ireland. And there's a small blurb about the logo facing one way or the other (flame on left or right) that helps with dating:

Aquitaine Is What It IS! But NEVER BORED!

Am I the ONLY one that sees a cat face in the middle of the flame pontil mark or maybe it's JUST reflection!!!! Here's the notation about the directionality of the flame pontil point:

"The flame pontil mark, with the flame part on the left hand side, was used from 1974 to 1979, and much less frequently thereafter. Last use was about 1982. Therefore, generally speaking, the flame mark is a 1970s mark.

Note that the flame mark was also used by Kerry Glass, with the flame on the left hand side (early pieces) or the right hand side (from some time in the early 1980s to 1985)."
