Anyone have knowledge of this makers mark? I know it’s pre 1900 St. Petersburg and 14k but have not been able to find the maker. Faberge?? The stones are all old mine cut and original to the piece, which has been in the family since at least 1920

It is a beautiful bracelet, Abraham.
I agree, it is a St. Petersburg mark for 56 zolotniki (583), which is just under 14k (585) but generally accepted as 14k.
There is no Fabergé mark, and frankly I didn't expect there to be one.
The maker's mark is in Latin script. I don't recognize it as a mark of one of the Fabergé makers.
There were many good goldsmiths in Russia, and many were foreigners who marked in Latin script
