    Anyone recognizes the mark?
What do you call this type of decoration?
    Thanks

If the design is below the surface it is etched. If it is above the surface it is in the mold or "printed" on. I do not recognize the mark. Possibly Europe.

I think it's Libbey Rock Sharpe Americana in amber.

That may be a Libbey mark, (its all silk screened so difficult to tell) But only Replacements calls everything Libbey made Libbey/Rock Sharpe. Libbey marketed old stock from Rock Sharpe until it was sold, IMHO they never made any themsleves.
