Help with mark please. Japanese?

    HI here is another mark I have looked for a long time and not finding nothing. It's 12inch tall and has heavy paint for the flowers. Looks like Japanese. Any suggestions on age would be great. THANKS

    I don't know your mark, but I think it's upside down.
