Featured Help with marks

I’m still searching, but I figured someone might be able to assist with identifying the marks on the inside of this bracelet.

 

I should add, the seller says it was purchased in Peru

 

What does the backside look like and are the nuts and "bolts" magnetic?

Those center marks look like they're written in Arabic, but those basket and wreath marks don't look Islamic. North African would fit.

 

I see a crown over a shield, with a boat w/sail on water/waves on the shield, surrounded by a wreath with a bow at the bottom.

Thank you for sharing that link. The style looks similar to Libyan bedouin from what I see online. Sadly I didn’t purchase fast enough and someone got this one for $45

One of those internet terms, there is no such thing as a Libyan Bedouin. The Bedou(in) are an originally nomadic people in Arabia. The romantic view of nomadic peoples' lives has captured the imagination of Western city dwellers for a long time, so the term sells.
This cuff has the mark of Tripoli, the capital of Libya, North Africa. Tripoli is a large and ancient city, no foreign nomads there.
The style is Berber with European influence. That influence is the result of trade and other international, uhm, interactions.
