Help with napkin holder

    Picked up this napkin holder (I liked the color scheme). Need help identifying the maker mark embossed on the bottom. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Can anyone darken the base photo? May make the mark easier to see.

    Hmmm... Although the right part of the mark looks like a “B” over a “C”, I’m actually thinking maybe China or Japan as it does also look Asian. Could be way off base. Maybe others will chime in.
