Help with painting's age and artist's name

Like many people that post here I would like help on this painting and figuring out the artist's name and the age of the painting. Any help is appreciated.

 

I don't know with this version of your sig helps but it does look like the first word could be Sarlina like on the back.

 

The minute I saw the writing on the back, I thought of a very kitschy Dutch Indonesian song called "Sarina, child of the desa", but of course this is Sarlina.
No help at all, I know. But now I am stuck with the tune in my head.

 

Sorry about that.....Drink a nice glass of wine or 2 or 3. Maybe it will quit playing...............

 

That appears to be a decorative painting. At a glance, I'd think 1960s/1970s.
