Featured HELP WITH PENCIL SIGNED LAST NAME OF KNOWN ARTIST

    Someone told me who this was a long time ago but I ended up stacking other prints on it & forgot about completely - until I found it yesterday and decided to list it on eBay - now I can't remember or make out the last name. Again!
    I know he is a well known, listed artist & there is also a colored version of this piece
    Help please - I promise I will put his full name in the description when I re-save it to my computer!
    Also, what is this - a litho? A print?

    I'm fairly certain Poynter was one of the pre- Raphaelite painters.

    can't say....but it would be interesting to see the ' chop mark ' in the lower left corner......
    could be the printer...or paper maker..???
