    Hello! Maybe someone knows something about this plate? I think she's from abroad, she searched, but she didn't find anything. 23 centimeters.

    I get a French vibe. Nice design, and I always love that lapis/cobalt blue.

    I think it's Continental. Wonder if there is any chance that it's Belgian?

    The owner of the plate is Russian and his family too. He says it was inherited, but it's not clear if it was brought from somewhere or not. For some reason, it seems to me that this is Europe.
