HELP WITH POSTER TITLED 'PRESTIGIE ARTE NO BRASIL'

I found this at a thrift store. When I googled Prestigie Arte no Brasil nothing comes up.
When I put it in google translate it comes out - Prestige Art No Brasil - basically the same thing with correct english spelling.
Also, on the bottom there is something about a tv show/shows or a channel it will be on. I figure it has to do with art; is it a poster against art - or nudity? Or maybe something about the original Brazilians; because the nude girl on the poster gas what looks like tribal tattoos or make up?
Is it rare? When I put the title in with poster at the end I don't see this one anywhere?

It's just an event poster for art exhibition,TV program,etc. It does translate correctly if you use the right language ........

I did a quick internet search of Yahoo Brazil and couldn't find anything to confirm date. Might be 1979 which would work with graphics. Given it's a government-related poster, likely has date in mice type somewhere along edge.

Maureen Bisilliat is a photographer, born in the UK in 1931, she now has dual nationality, the Brazilian as well. She has had exhibitions in Brazil and internationally. Since she is important to Brazilian art, it would be right to include her work in an exhibition of art in Brazil.
