Slightly resembles Peacock Feather but not really the same in the middle of the tear drop. EAPG peacock feather had what looked like a circular saw in the middle of the teardrop. Hard to see is yours more like a snowflake...star?

Color... it is not clear...photos are so bad with glass...Does it have a blue tinge/ Place it on top of white paper so we can see. Could be a repro....

@TallCakes has tremendous expertise in cake stands and is always willing to help. When calling on her, though, it is really important to me to limit my requests to cake stands. Since I know less than nothing about cake stands, I wasn't sure this shorter piece's purpose was cakes and not something else.

When glass is made, there are chemicals put in it to mask the color of other chemicals. One of these chemicals is a compound containing Manganese. The manganese compound, under bombardment of light slowly changes valence and produces a light lavender color, commonly known as sun-purpling.

Thats' what this piece has. Some people (myself included) consider it damage, others collect it fervently as a rare color. more fools them. It can and is done intentionally to feed their wants.
