Good afternoon all! I have had pair of earrings with blue faceted stones, silver metal screwbacks, prong set. My gemtester is broken, wondering if you could tell from looking if this is something I need to wait and test, or is it obviously rhinestones? Metal setting looks like it is worn off gold plate, the metal on the front with the prongs is a rosy gold tone. Any help appreciated! :) $_57.jpg $_57 (1).jpg $_57 (3).jpg

1950s costume jewelry to my eye. Do wait for others.

I'm with Debora, but it always good to test, or have them tested. They are very pretty.

I'm with Any - pure costume. The first giveaway is that the backs are silver-colored and the fronts are gold. If the two don't match and they're not Victorian, odds are they're costume. Add in the rhinestones and... nice blue rhinestone earrings.
