help with sculpture

hello, i grabbed this sculpture off the shelf today at a thrift shop. it looked interesting s i just figured why not. i looked on the back of the sculpture didnt see no name and finally when i was about to call it quits i saw some writing on the bottom side of it. its pretty hard to make out. didnt know if anyone here knows what this is or who made it. i think in one of the pics it reads Aug 1970 but not sure. if anyone has any info that would be awesome. Thanks!

 

If you rub a little cornstarch into the letters, they may stand out more.

 

It's made by Austin Productions, not sure who the artist was though.

 

Maybe Klara Sever.

I can see the faint Austin Prod. and the signature is Sever, which is about the best of the AP sculpture artists to find for resale.
