    Hello,

I have been searching for this but can't find the makers mark with "copyright" added and don't know what this means for era etc.
Can't find in word searching, makers marks etc. nor image searching.
    A couple other marks I don't see either, "3" ?
I believe it's called "Ludlow" shape and 4.25" diameter.
    Any help appreciated.

this says "copyright design" not just copyright.
    Design no luck yet

I googled Shelley fluted dish and saw a number with the same shape as yours, but not the design. Lady with borzoi dogs design seems to be 1930-ish.
