This is one of a group of 12 paintings I got at a local thrift store for only $250 (about $20 each).
I like the look of this but I not only can't read the signature - I can't tell what language/letters it is from! Could someone help me again with another signature?!
    Thanks all

The subject looks Russian to me, not Dutch.
I can see why you would think Jewish, it has a "Fiddler on the Roof" look. Tevye was a Russian Jewish milkman, so I'd call him Tevye.

He DOES look like the Fiddler on the Roof character!

Just noticed the fringes on his shirt, is he wearing a tallit katan?

I had written that it was not cursive Hebrew because I thought it read left to right. Then paid more attention to the dot to the left of the last letter & realized probably a first initial. See:

Darn Hebrew, no vowels. My best shot:
kaf?. gimel vav zayin he shin tet tsadi
    K?. G V Z H SH T TS (TZ?)

gimel vav zayin he shin tet tsadi - THAT'S his name?? :)
I was hoping it was a listed artist, but I did find a oil on canvas by Alfred Birdsey in the 12 pieces I got at the thrift store that sold in 1 day on eBay for $600(!)
Thank you all for your help with all of them I didn't know the artist's names on!
Birdsey Painting below (I grabbed it & put it on the pile when I saw it because I thought Birdsey was a Florida Highway man painting!)

You could make something pronounceable if you put vowels in the spaces:
    K. G_V_ZH_T_TS(TZ)
