Help with signature on 1940 duck decoy print

    I found this in a thrift store yesterday - it is a limited edition print of a duck decoy hand signed & numbered + it has Humbolt Bay 1940 hand written - maybe where artist saw the decoy & painted/drew it?

    Any help with the signature would be appreciated!
