Featured HELP WITH SIGNATURE ON 1958 PITCHER

I found this at a local pawn shop while looking for vintage bikes & albums. The owner said he thought it was a by week end pottery artist & sold it to me for $5.00!
But it is made of a bisque? like material & from the flowers to the unusual designed stopper/top - I just don't think it was made by a amateur potter?

Can anyone make out the signature on the bottom & is it a known artist?

The signature to me looks like "Norlee"
