Featured HELP WITH SIGNATURE ON FOUND PAINTING

    I found this painting at a local antique shop yesterday. I liked the colors (and the price - I got it + 1 more painting + a foo dog garden stool for $100!) so I bought it; even though I couldn't make out the signature.
    Can anyone tell what the artist's name is? Any thoughts on the painting? (I think because of the buildings - and the indistinguishable signature - that it may be a middle east or Mediterranean tourist painting? Or a "factory" painting?) - Either way the frame is worth the $40 it cost, but hope springs eternal that it's a listed artist & a valuable piece! :)

    THIS IS 2nd PAINTING i GOT WITH IT - S. DOLAN ARTIST DOESN'T COME UP IN GOOGLE, BUT LIKE THE PAINTING ABOVE - THE PASTEL/DECO-ISH COLORS ARE COOL!

    They appear to me to be rather amatuer paintings Journey, but the colors are bright and someone will like them, Joy.
