HELP WITH SIGNATURE ON NAUTICAL PAINTING?

    Found this yesterday - beautiful, but it got a small tear when - I guess - it moved while in the trunk of my car as I took it home.
    So now I'm wondering if it is worth repairing - and I need to know the artist to know that!
    Does anyone recognize/make out the signature?

    Hi,
    Looks like another factory painting. Get it fixed if you plan on keeping it. If it is for sale I would not bother.

    We have Jane Doe and John Doe. I think we should have an artist known as Art Scribble. Anytime we have a painting we can't ID we can say it was painted by Art Scribble.
