I found this in a local thrift store today - along with the Marine Corp swagger stick I posted about earlier - and I need help with this one too, please.
It was only $20 because it has 2 small holes in the canvas that will need to be repaired, but I liked the look, the age and that it almost has a shimmer - or glow - around the trees & the bushes along the water the artist added that I also liked.
But I can not make out the signature!!
    Any help would be appreciated.

Could also be Annie Braugh, I noticed one in the 1940 US census.

I'm liking the painting; I'm a sucker for those dark and lonesome tarn thingles.

Aquitaine Is What It IS! But NEVER BORED!

The N in "ANNIE" and the G in the last name are a wee bit more defined.....just more confirmation!!! LOVE it!!!!
