Help with signature on print.

I posted this litho quite a while ago without any luck. I thought I would give it another go with new people on the board. I looked up the gallery on the label, but they closed back in the 80s or 90s. Some people thought the scene looked like the Netherlands.
The print is framed. The paper area is approximately 17.5" x 12".

It wasn't a gallery; it was a NY-based company that sold prints via catalog. Operated in the 1970s and 1980s. The odd catalog is floating around on the internet but there doesn't seem to be an artist list anywhere or even many examples of the company's offering. As to signature, I see "Christine" followed by last name but I could be (very) wrong.

Thank you. Last year I contacted someone selling a catalog, and offered to buy it if this was in it. No luck. "Christine" wasn't on my list of possibilities. I thought it was an "O". Now, if I only had a clue to the last name, possibly a Y or V?

 

So frustrating, isn't it?
