HELP WITH SIGNATURE ON RUSSIAN(?) PAINTING OF A LADY w/SICKLE

    This was my find today at a local thrift store. It's a painting of a lady with a sickle so I'm guessing it's by a Russian artist;but I can't make out the signature to look them up & see.
    Can anyone make out the name? (I see 94 & then … Nish Russia?

    The dress had a Caucasian feel to me too. For North Americans, Caucasian in the... uhm, Caucasian sense.;)

    That scary woman was painted by someone by the name of Bracha Amit i think. Its defiantly in hebrew but kind of hard to read. If so, the only information i saw in Hebrew about her is that she is a full time nurse and paints in her free time. Pity she didn’t nurse that woman’s hand!
