HELP WITH SIGNATURE ON SURREAL(?) INDIA GIRLS PAINTING

    I found this yesterday at a local thrift store - $7.95! I like it because it is so unusual.
    It painted on a piece of thin wood & measures 36" x 17"
    Can anyone make out the artist's name? I think I see Zalifer?
    Also, thoughts on it? What do I call it's style?

    Style leaning towards Expressionist? Certainly not Surrealist, there is nothing dreamlike or imaginatory about it.
