Help with signature

    Can anyone please help me with the signature of the painting that I attached. Any ideas of the identity of the painter is also appreciated.

    The photos are a bit blurry so hard to see very well. Perhaps a clearer shot would be helpful. It looks sort of like Tullic Victaria? Is it possible some part of the sig might be obscured by the frame?

    First name is Tullio and the vessels are Mediterranean, probably Italian. Best guess Tullio Vintario
