Help with signature?

    Hello, and always thank you for taking the time to view my post! Been trying to find some info on this item, which seemed interesting at first, but a friend told it is a pre done outline that just gets filled in. So just looking to find out what exactly it is and if that is an artist sig on the bottom right. Artwork measures 8" x 11", done on heavy brown paper, regards Joe.
