Help with silver plate hallmarks, please

    I've been trying to figure out who these hallmarks belong to. Does anyone out there know?

    Metal Blanc is a generic French term for non-silver alloys used to imitate silver. The 2 square punches may be maker's marks, but they are not "hallmarks" in the correct usage of the term. Unfortunately marks for French platers are poorly documented.
