Featured Help With Small Vase Signature

    This is a long shot but maybe someone can decipher the signature on this fine little vase.

    It is 6” (15cm) tall and very well made. It has a majolica like feel to the glaze which is lightly crazed.

    John, I agree the date looks like 1988, but WOW, that signature...I can't decipher......maybe @i need help or @Bakersgma or @Ownedbybear ??? And @anundverkaufen is also pretty good at them!!!! HOWEVER, you may find many members doing a lot of Turkey Prep today!!!!

    I took a look when it was first posted but have no ideas about the sig. No Turkey prep in this house. :(

    Meant to be flag irises, I think. 1988, I agree. It looks as though it says (something) Pottery.

    A wild shot. I found U. M. (University of Montana) ceramics. That looks like a UM in front of the pottery to me.
