Can someone please tell me what the markings mean on the bottom of each jar?
I did look at the gotheborg site and the marking on the jar with the Chinese scenes, shows a close resemblance to the Mark: Qianlong Nian Zhi. Enamels added in Hong Kong, 1960 by Wa Lee Company

I have no idea for the flower ginger jar.

Can someone tell me more about the markings ?

I have a ginger jar with the same marking- have you discovered anything about it yet?

You could check thr marks (Chinese) at gotheborg.com. The one with gold I remember seeing in the 1980s, so I rather think 20thc., but the one with the flowers only might be a little older than the first.
