Help with this french button pin

    I guess it was military.
    Its size is 2.3cm in diameter. Brass back plastic dome and "golden" eagle and stripes.

    Even if it was blue, it would be wrong way round - le tricolor is blue - white - red.

    Ask someone for a safety pin wherever you go. Some will have no clue what it is despite the fact they were everywhere at one time. :p
