Inside diameter looks like approximately 32mm.
    I can't find any markings.
Only the fancy engraving on the top tip of the barrel.

    32mm ? !! More of a short barrelled shotgun then a pistol.

You might want to contact one of the Pennsylvania-Kentucky rifle associations. There are several on google. You will need good pictures and close-ups.
Our FIL was President of one association and wrote a number of tomes on the subject. Most of his friends (including him) also collected flintlock pistols and flintlock dueling pistols. They are rabid on the subject!
Good luck in collecting more information.

no marks on the lockplate....or on the barrel......
that doesn't bode well for an authentic flintlock..

Looks “made up.” More photos of details would help.

Blow smoke down the barrel, if it comes out of the touch hole near the pan then there's a good chance it's genuine, also if the ramrod is seperate. It's a nice looking piece but may be an old copy of a more expensive piece by a known maker. Just because it's a copy doesn't mean it's not old. Having said that, it loos remarkable for its apparent age. I'd certainly give it house room. I did for this one:

Lack of barrel proof marks on barrel is the surest sign it isn’t authentic.
