9999 gold is 24k, and it looks like gold. But as Holly said it is best to have it tested.
The more usual way of marking it is 999 (or 24k, or assay marks), but it is marked 9999 sometimes.

Thanks for the replies everyone I see that the Chinese use 9999 for 24k and figures it’s a turtle so Chinese it could be the letter H on the bottom kinda threw me off figures if Chinese they wouldn't use the Letter H but who know .i mainly put it on here to see what everyone saw if they saw the 9999’s I see now or if someone saw something different and also to see if anyone recognizes the H markers mark thanks again everyone.

It is not necessarily Chinese, 9999 is used elsewhere as well.

The mark looks like 900 (?) to me. the zeros take up the whole space while the 9 has a much smaller loop on top.

Thanks again everyone for all the great comments. I tested it with a 22k gold acid and the acid didn’t react with the mark at all ,I tested many times in the same spot to make sure it’s under the plate if 21CCE7EB-A602-44B3-9FEE-4510B078B6C5.jpeg there was any plating and still no reaction to 22k acid so my guess it’s either a900 mark or the 9999 mark again thanks to all. Matt
