Help With Vase Identification

Hello all.

I acquired a few things from the sale of my grandmother’s home - this vase being one of them. In determining its value, we’ve become stumped. Any help would be appreciated. I know it was in her home, since at least 1965.

Is it made of glass? I thought pottery but I ask because it resembles these said to be glass Tiffin Coralene vases. If glass, one of the people who know more about glass can probably verify.
