Hi. I can't find this Louwelsa pattern in any of my books. Anyone out there know? It's about 11 inches wide and stands 6 inches tall. The person I bought if from mentioned 'aladdin' but I can't find a reference to such a pattern.
Was it converted to a lamp or was it created as a lamp. I couldn't find an artist signature. Thanks for looking!

I can see the bottom word says 'WELLER', can't quite make out the top word yet......and I STILL can't quite make it out....maybe others CAN!!! Maybe it all just says what you said.....and I can't help with patterns.....sorry:(

If you remove the lamp parts, it would help with whether it was converted or made as a lamp. I think it was made as an oil lamp because the time period it was made was pre-electricity in most homes (mark used 1896 up to 1910.)

Louwelsa was the name that Weller give their standard glaze pieces such as this example.
